Apple released iPad OS 3.2.1, at the moment no jailbreak available for iPad OS 3.2.1 with spirit. Apple already stopped signing 3.2 restore files. That means you cannot restore any firmware other than 3.2  If you guys updated to 3.2.1 and wanna go back to OS 3.2, following is the step by step guide to downgrade your iPad OS 3.2.1 to 3.2.

Note : This hack is eligible only for those peoples who saved their SHSH to Cydia Server before the release of OS 3.1.3 via Cydia “make my life easier” button.Make My Life Easier thumb Downgrade iPad OS 3.2.1 to 3.2 With Cydia SHSH

The process is very simple all you have to do is to add Saurik’s Server address to your system hosts file. This trick make iTunes thinks it is talking to Apple, it is talking to Cydia instead while the restoring process. Doing this will allow iTunes to access signatures already stored by Cydia “on file” feature. In simple words this duplicates the functionality exposed by Apple’s signature server, except using “on file” results rather than live request.

Now you navigate to files menu and save the hosts file. By doing this you changed the communication server from Apple to Sauriks Server, because your ECID is on that server. Now you can put your iPad in recovery mode to restore to OS 3.2

While iPad was brand new running 3.2 I used AutoSHSH to backup the files and upload them to Cydia. I then used spirit to jailbreak the ipad. After jailbreaking, from Cydia I selected the “Make my life easier, Thanks” icon. Therefore, my SHSH files should have been back-up twice. Ipad crashed requiring a recover, by accident I recovered to 3.2.2, but I have since downloaded firmware 3.2, changed the host file and used the shift click method to load 3.2 firmware. Software starts to load, but then tries to connect to Apple to, I guess verify SHSH files, and it comes back with Error 1394 and it will not restore. Help!?
