Requirements :
- iPad WiFi or iPad 3G with Firmware 3.2
- Spirit [Download for Mac] [Download for Windows]
- Any version of iTunes 9 (including 9.1.1)
Instructions :
1. Download and Save Spirit on desktop then connect the iPad to your Mac or Windows and start the application by clicking on its icon. 
2. Click on the Jailbreak button.
3. You’ll see a message “Jailbreaking ..”
4. after one second you will read ” Jailbreak Complete!” Wait for your iDevice to reboot
